These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Algovers(the “Service”), operated by Liburion L.L.C.. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The service
Algovers is an AI-assisted website builder. You describe what you want and the Service generates, previews, and can publish web projects on your behalf. Generated output depends on AI models and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or publishing it.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service and anything you build or publish with it must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
4. Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the source code generated for your projects. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any assets you upload or instruct the Service to use.
If you publish a site, you are responsible for the data you collect from its visitors through built-in features such as analytics and forms. You are the data controller for that data, must have a lawful basis to collect it, and must tell your visitors what you collect and why. You must not use these features to collect payment-card details or special categories of personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Plans, credits, and payment
Paid plans and credit purchases are billed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the reseller of the Service and handles payment and applicable taxes. Credits are consumed as you use AI and sandbox compute. Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that generated code is accurate, secure, or fit for a particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liburion L.L.C. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo.
