This Privacy Policy explains how Liburion L.L.C. collects, uses, and shares information when you use Algovers(the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, and authentication identifiers, provided via our auth provider.
- Project content — the prompts you submit and the source code, files, and assets generated or uploaded for your projects.
- Usage data — credit consumption, model and sandbox activity, logs, and diagnostic information used to operate and secure the Service.
- Payment data — handled by our Merchant of Record; we receive transaction and subscription status, not your full card details.
2. Data collected through your published sites
When you publish a site with Algovers, we provide built-in visitor analytics and form handling. This section covers data collected from visitors to your published site — people who are not necessarily Algovers users.
- Visitor analytics — for each page view we record the page path, the referring URL, and a timestamp. We do not set cookies, build visitor profiles, fingerprint devices, or track visitors across different sites.
- Form and reservation submissions — if your site includes a contact, signup, or reservation form, whatever the visitor enters (which may include their name, email address, phone number, or booking details) is stored so you can read it in your dashboard, and may be emailed to you if you enable notifications.
Your responsibilities as the site owner. For data collected through your published site, you are the data controller and Liburion L.L.C. acts as a processor on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, for telling your visitors what you collect and why, and for responding to their privacy requests. You must not use these forms to collect payment-card details or special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or government-identifier data).
This visitor data is retained for as long as the associated project exists. Deleting the project deletes its submissions, analytics, and uploaded files.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the Service, generate and host your projects, process payments, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sub-processors
We share data with service providers that help us run the Service, including:
- Authentication (Clerk)
- Cloud sandboxes that build and preview your projects (Daytona, E2B)
- AI model providers used to generate output (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek)
- Object storage for project snapshots and uploaded files (Cloudflare R2)
- Rate limiting and caching (Upstash)
- Cloud hosting for published sites (Amazon Web Services)
- Transactional email, such as form-submission notifications (Resend)
- Payments and tax (our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd)
Prompts and relevant project context are sent to AI providers to generate output. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete projects at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data. Deleting a project also deletes its published-site visitor data as described in section 2.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
7. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive secrets at rest and isolated sandboxes for code execution. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
